The Loreen provides 52 rental units for low to mid incomes. Loreen Place is a non subsidized affordable and market apartment building. We have one 1 bedroom unit, 3 small 2 bedrooms, and 48 larger two bedroom units.

Twelve of the thirteen first floor units have interior and exterior entries, providing a townhome atmosphere. Each floor has a laundry room. This building allows for a small pet. This is a non smoking building with an interior courtyard, walking paths, restful sitting area and a small play area for the children. We have a secure storage locker for bicycles, secure underground parking with a parking spot available to rent for each unit and the transit system is right at the front door. The building is located near parks with the Gorge waterway for kayaking right around the corner. Schools, shopping and recreation centres are close by.

The building was designed by Jackson Low and associates from Chow Low Hammond Architecture. The construction team is Knappett Projects Incorporated. Our consultants are:
